Karen Williamson completed ILM Level 7 certificate in Coaching and Mentoring for Senior Leaders and Execs

in July 20. After many years of coaching and mentoring in senior leadership roles this highest level qualification is of great pride.

In Jan 21 Karen attended and completed a Non-Exec Directors (NED) development programme; contents of the course focussed on board governance, strategy and leadership, finance, marketing and communication. This will lead to a PG cert in Strategic Leadership.
