Coaching and Mentoring is a supportive and non-directive form of development for a senior leader or Exec in a business. It support goal setting, strategy and the removal of any blockers to the individual and also the business. It is important to find a coach that you want to work with – the trust in the relationship is vital for success and the level of challenge should be agreed at the outset.
I am qualified by ILM (Level 7) to coach and mentor senior leaders and Execs and enjoy working to support change at this strategic level. I believe my background in sales and operations at a senior level supports my clients. I am also happy to use these skills 1-1 with aspiring senior leaders and in group sessions to grow team performance.
A coaching culture in a business will change the way in which people operate, the support and feedback they give each other transforms the way people work within a business. A usual output of a people culture in any business is improved engagement from the team, reduced recruitment time and costs and an improvement in overall efficiency.
